Can someone help on this I have this Horizontal Line, I've checked the vertical IC pins and I'm not getting much volts on them.

Resolder it, if that doesn't do it replace it. I'll see if I can find caps that dry out.

I replaced it and it's still not working, I'm going to check some resistors and caps for open or shorts.

Thanks everyone for trying to help me I found the problem, it was an open resistor coming from the flyback (1Ohm).
