Hitachi NP84CQ Chassis

Hi, trying to repair old GEC C1405H tv ...Sound is fine ,....picture is "dragged/jagged" on the top sometimes the lower half of the screen is ok?...sometimes the whole screen reverts to a vivid blue colour all over!
anyone familiar with this chassis (HIT. NP84CQ) have not got schematic.
PS. never seen so many electroylitics on one board?
