Sharp 32LF-92H problems.

Hi,
I have owned a Sharp 32LF-92H for the past 2 years which has recently developed a couple of faults i'm hoping some you knowledgable lot can help me with.

1. The whole picture seems to have 'slanted' slightly to the right. This is more noticable on the likes of the Sky digital TV Guide page although it appears even without sky being on?

2.When I have my dvd player connected to my bottom scart socket, I just get sound but no picture. When I connect it to my top socket, everything is fine. This is also the case when I connect by Sky via my bottom scart socket. However, this afternoon I had picture and sound for 5mins and then then the picture mysteriously disapeared and the sound remained?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Are these problems likely to be expensive to fix or would I be as well renewing my entire TV?
