Need a JVC rear projection tv Expert

Ok I tried to adjust the convergence. I got the blue and the green real close. But when I tried to adjust the red the screen went black half way thru and now the only sign of life it shoos is the blue power light and a thumping cumming out of the speakers with a slight tick from one of the boards inside.

I am loosing hope really fast. So whet do I DO NEXT????

I almost forgot I can't use the power button any more. I have to unplug it to turn it off and as soon as I plug it in it powers up all on it's own.

OK I plugged the TV back in and it looks like it reset. It still looks like junk but it is on now.
BUT on the red convergence (service menu 6.convergence) When I chang the setting on
CCA01-CCA06 nothing happens. I am going to put one of the old IC's back in tomorrow. One was still good and I think that I fried one of the new ones.
