Samsung 56V Colour Monitor OSD Menu is always on and say locked. On Pressing the exit key for 2 or more seconds it goes away. But it comes again when the exit key is released. What could be the problem? Kindly help?

Replace +5V regulator Ic( IC-604 miniature 78L05) of Micom +vdd regulator.
