hello ladies and gentlemen

I have recently bought canon np 7161 photocopier machine.Now surprisingly, it jams paper frequently; when paper feeds from the tray it will stop automatically. Please give me genuine reply.

hi alemayehu I havn't much knowlge about this but I think you shoude be chke each and every siseor part of the machine may be dislocat it.
