Mitsubishi VS-6051; Cathodes glow; No (as in zero) picture

I am trying to restore a Mitsubishi VS-6051. When powered on:
- the sound goes on
- The 3 cathodes glow orangish/red

Still there is no picture. I have checked the 4 fuses that I could find on the power supply portion of the board and cannot find any that are blown. All the capacitors I saw were still good as well.

Does anyone have any hints on this repair?
Does anyone have a link to a schematic or repair guide for this model?

Solder up your vertical IC to start. It's a common problem. You won't see anything unless you crank the screen control.
