A relay made by OEG, it's part # SDT-SS-112DM. I just need one, but the sources I've found online only sell in bulk quantities with at least $250 minimum orders. doh!!! help please.

That relay is manufactured by Tyco. It is general purpose & even if you can not find the original, should not be that hard to substitute.
