Mitsubishi TV 4507CA won't power up

Hello
I have a big screen TV that will not power up.When you turn the set on you'll hear the relays click twice and nothing happens. I have been told that when you turn a set on it will do a scan and if any problems are found it power back off.Any advice on where to begin looking for a problem would be appreciated.

you could check for poor solder connections on deflection pcb,especially on horizontal drive transformer.these are well known though for bad capacitors(leaky).look for puddles beneath capacitors,if so too many and too long to replace all.
