I'm looking for some help with a Viewsonic VP230mb flat panel. It seems that i have no DC to any of the boards. ALL HAVE NO POWER, but when I check zd5 to ground, I get +42 volts. When I check zd4 and zd3 to ground, I have +12 volts when unit is plugged in to AC line, but this slowly fades to less than 0.5 volts in a matter of ten seconds. Power switch has no effect. Can somebody please help me on where to look (is ocelator bad?, power transistir bad?, or not in the power supply?)
