No horizontal scan in Grundig TV cuc2130

Hi. I have a Grundig St-70-2103 (cuc2130) showing only a vertical bright line in the centre of screen.
The EHT is ok and line output must be ok. I checked the scan coils and with the multi meter measure OK. After checking capacitors and resistors, R 55416 (in East/West module) and R 53072 (in output path of STV3906 )were found burnt. Whene these resistors replaced, they burnt again.
Can aney one help please.
