errors on sharp AR-5316 digital copier

Hi! i read some of the solutions in this page but i have another question.
I bought a digital copier sharp 5316.
And it dont take a comand .
It only puls a 2 and a H at the same time.
And it cant get no ather comands.
How can you help me?
Is there a code or something else?
