31" Hitachi PP TV has clicking sound but no pic

Hi, I have problem with my 31" Hitachi PP TV. The TV has clicking sound when I try to turn it on, but won't turn on. All ceramic and HOT resistors are cold when I touch them. I have noticed that one resitor (loaded hi) has exposed active area (the insulation is gone). Would this cause no power to picture tube? The resistor reads 55.7Ohm when I test it with meter. Last night it turned on but when I turned it off, it started clicking sound but no pic again. I have checked all solder joint, most of the diodes
are reading OK. Please help me to make it work.
