14PT1532 /94S ctv went off suddenly on service table

this chassis uses

MC44603 AP powersupply

TDA 7056B audio

TDA 8841 S1 signal processor v h generator etc

SAA 5542 PS system control and remote controller

vertical deflection output ic number not visible

the set used to go off now and then to standby mode when brought for repairs. restartable

then suddenly it failed and now i cant get it to standby mode itself

powersupply comes on 12v 125v 9 v are appearing at the smps out put

but i cant see the vcc for the other two ics

i can't find a schematic diagram of this I2C circuitry anywhere.

i managed to get details and data of the ics mentioned above.

has anybody experinced this chassis?

any help is welcome
