| Please help me get an information on this 2 components. Both has 3 pins. Is it a regulator or transistor. This is the part number. S0251/7N60B and K0309/630B. Can you give me the pin configurations. I am looking forward for your help. God Bless You |

| Which style of casing (SOT-23, TO-92, TO-220 etc) do those components have? Are they SMD or hole mount components? And which is the manufacturer (look for mfg logos etc)? Does the service documentation for the equipment where they are used tell anything relevant? |
