Ferguson 38030 - Frame collapse

I have a Portable Black and White TV.
It is a Ferguson Model Number 38030.
(Other numbers (on the label) are: 07P0-001-002 and G5-16.)

Frame collapse problem (I think).

There is good sound but no picture (only a thin brighe horizintal white line, in the center of the screen).

I do not have a circuit diagram.

Can anybody give me any advice of how to fix the problem - please.

Check Caps and resistors in the vert, if all good , replace Vertical IC,

I do not have a circuit diagram so I do not know where the components (suggested above) are.

Please could anybody help out with a circuit diagram.
