Tv RCA 32V434/ Chasis ATC010A Do not turn On.

Have a RCA color Tv 32V434, Chasis ATC010A, after it's plug in,you hear a click, then it stop, the power button then start to blink few times, then stay lit, with a blinking red power ligh.

Typical RCA replace the fly back and check the horizontal out put transistor.
