Blaupunkt code (Renault HO RDS)

I need a code for a Blaupunkt radio. I bought one form the junkyard 'cause my stereo got stolen and now I need a code for it. I know it's for a Renault 'cause it says so on the front of the radio, but I dont know from wich carmodel or how old the car is. I hope this info is enough:
