Need help in repairing tv

I have a NEC television and for some reason the screen is in a shade of green 90% of the time. I know its not the hue, color, etc settings because they don't solve the problem. Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

Do you have the luminance channel tested?

check for loose conection on thecrt board and chroma section,and maybe there is an over load in the crt block

Check Red color gun transistor at neck of crt or at mainboard. check also traces going to color source at jungle IC.

Try switching the color lines/connections, might help you locate the problem...
