Hi

I have a projector that has a problem that it cannot fire the lamp, has anyone got any ideas or a service manual for it.

Did you replace the lamp yet?

Tried a new lamp no luck still does it swapped out psu and ballast boards and it still will not fire the lamp.

May sound stupid but, where did you get the lamp and how do you know it's not new and defective? Have you tried to see what the voltage coming from the ballast to the lamp is?
