My monitor Samtron 76e is completely dead. I have tension in the filter capacitor of the primary Power supply, but in the secondary I have no tensions. I disconnect the transistor of the HOT transformer, and the results are the same. The only thing that I noticed, is if I discharge completely the filter capacitor of the primary power supply, when I switch on the monitor I have some incorrect tensions in the secondary.

Can you help me?
