My TV Samsung ( Model CS-5399Z) have a problem

HI Everyone! Some body hepl me to solved the problem to my TV set?
My TV set SAMSUNG Model # CS-5399Z have problem iv vertical height..there picture on the screen over somthing like a zoom but the horizontaly is normal.. also i try to find the potentiometer inside to adjust but unfornutely we have no more any potentiometer.... any one help me for this problem? thanks advance to all...

The prob in your tv is in the vert section- find the vert ic & measure comp around- incl 12v supply- could be electro, zd, d, q, res, d/j( don,t think it is a bat)- have to go now - flap,flap,flap.
