Hi,
I have a philips 28pw6324/05r TV and the picture is stuck on black and white. The remote appears to work OK but won't bring up the menu to adjust the colour, contrast, brightness etc.
The fault seemed to occur after programming a Sky TV remote to operate the channel up/down and volume.
Is this a TV or a remote problem?
Any ideas?
