flyback transformer help! Im desperate!

Hi, I have purchased the gboard for my sony kp53s75 projection tv. I am in the process of replacing the board, but I am stuck as to how to unplug and then plug back the flyback transformer. There are two wires that are going into this part on the gboard, I cannot find a way to remove them. These are the only two wires I cannot figure out.

Similar problem, No Sound.

I cannot figure out how to unplug this red cable and another small one.
Did you figure this out?
