Pioneer DV-355 DVD Player

Hi All,
I need assistance in getting my Pioneer DV-355 DVD player fixed.
The unit is completely dead. All fuses in the power supply are OK.
R74 is open. I'm unable to distinguish the colour bands on it because its all smudged together.
Does anyone know the value of R74.
Any assistance in getting my player fixed will be greatly appreciated.
