Hi all.
I have here, a Mitsubishi CT29AM2 TV set with horizontal frame collapse.
Sound is fine.
Picture reduced to a bright horizontal line in the middle of the screen.
You can see things moving within the line.
Sounds and looks like a classic frame-collapse fault, but I have no information or circuit for this set.
Can anyone help? |

LA7838 Vertical Deflection driver IC.
Sounds like our puppy.
Thanks - will replace it, and post back if it fixes...
