Phillips PTV910 flashes code 4 on the LED as 5v protection. Cant locate whats causing the problem. Anyone have experience with this issue? The set trys to power up but makes a whisping noise then shutsdown and flashes the 4 code. Any suggestions would be a big help. Thanks |
