What are you trying to do? If the convergence is off and you can't adjust it in the customer menu, the service menu will not adjust it either. You need to replace your convergence IC's. The cursors move the lines 7 selects red, 8 selects green, 9 selects blue. If you move the colors, you must reinitialize the perfect focus after you store the changes by pressing the add/delete button.

Hi Again,
The focus on the right side is out, it is shadowing, when I press Autofocus I get the message Check factory settings, so having read threads I presume it's the Convergence?
