| I have a 1999 JVC Model No. AV27020 TV, and it is not working at all, I am able to turn it on with the remote control, but then, in about 5 to 10 seconds it turns off, no sound, no picture. The red light continues to blink, I tried using the remote to turn off it off, but it is not responding. I have to unplug the tv to turn it off. What is the problem. (JVC Model No. AV-27020. |

| Check R541 1.8 ohm to see if it's open. |
