I have a celestial K12N-C1 that has a blank screen except for an orange key in the left hand corner, please help me!!!

unplug the unit for 10 seconds,turn on ,double check if any magnetic objects near tv, if problem persist, double check any connecting wire's such as antenna,dvd, vcr, connected to tv!(best i can do for you ,beside's buying a another tv!0  |

| The child lock is on.Consult your user manual if available. Generally requires a combination of pressing certain remote keys . |
