Philips FW780P does not work

Hi,
I have a problem with hifi system Philips FW780P. It is total death. There is only one voltage, 9V on the PSU. I can not find, where is 5V. Do you know where is a problem or do you have a service manual? I think, some transistor in PSU will be death, but I can not find it without manual.
