tv LCD AKAI

HI everyone !

I have a big problem with tv LCD AKAI model LM-H23CJSA ,processor
SAA 5246 and deinterlace i.c. TP6760 .
1- The picture (all input sources) is rolling up and down .
2- The picture is broken in vertical strips who joints or disjoints .
3- OSD is not vertical stabile .
4- No schematics and i don`t know the chassis .
5- Long time ago after 30 min of work the set comes with fine picture .
6- All el. caps. in power was changed . All el.caps . in main board was doubled .
