I have a samsung with the pink banding issue BULLETIN NUMBER ASC20130528001
I have obtained the firmware but after checking the regular menu and the servicer menu i cannot find the pdp options menu
Go to Factory Menu
Control
PDP Options
Logic USB D/L

any help on where this is located will be appreciated

I was wondering where you obtained a copy of the firmware noted in this service bulletin (ASC20130528001). I am having the same issue with my Samsung Plasma (PN58C550G1FXZA).
