Hello
Can someone please look at the pictures below and let me know what the component is that has leaked the cream like fluid / substance, so that I can order a new one and replace it.

Hot glue and thermal heat sink compound - all looks normal.

I've seen pictures of other power boards, the same as this one and the component that I have zoomed in on, doesn't have all of that stuff around it. Are you sure?

Thanks guys
just waiting on the components and i'll let you know how I get on.
I'm replacing a 1000uf 16v capacitor and a 2700uf 16v capacitor on the power board.
