fruit machine 'bell fruit club cops and robbers'

'Bell Fruit' 'club cops and robbers' with a Scorpion 2 issue 5 mainboard, 31-570-002

Does anyone have any info on one of these?

I could use the correct settings for the bank of 16 dipswitches on the mainboard, the function of the green pushbutton, what the red led is used for signalling, if there's any 'programming' software available etc..

Also information on the availability of service manuals etc.

The machine powers up but gives a 'reel error 22'.
