Briggs and Stratton 270962 repair manual

When I did a web search for the 270962 Briggs repair manual it led me to this site. When I entered the manual in the search box it said I should ask here for it. Why did the web search say the site had it and then they say they don't? Did I do something wrong? Or do they send people here no matter what you ask for?
