Orion model no.TV1333 - Can't access the video channel (av)

My parents had bought this use tv set and it works and all but I'm having trouble trying to access the video channel and remote control is no help. I tried everything but I can't seem to access the channel.

can someone please e-mail mw hoe to get into thr menu mode on my orion tv1333.someone stated that if you hold down the two volume buttons @ the same time & turn it on it would go into the menu mode but it did not.my e-mail is [email protected] any help woud be app.
