reset montgomery ward signature 2000 tv to factory settings

I Could not find a manual anywhere for my tv so I though I would ask a specific question. I Accidently set the defaults for this tv but the volume default is so low tht you ca nbarely hear it does anyone know how to set
these or reset the whole thing.

On the big label on the back of t he tv it says montgomery ward ,but
on a smaller label under that it says "patented by telesonics systems ltd."
