Fluke 98B II service manual (Bosch PMS100) Scope Meter

Hi, I'm looking for a service manual for this Philips/Fluke/Bosch scopemeter, I've tried everywhere on the web, I doubt I will get a pdf soft copy, so if anyone knows anyone with a hard copy, I'd be happy to pay for it.

I have both a hard copy and pdf of the User Manual, Fluke just say "we dont support obsolete products" for service manuals.
