Determine the location of the damage on the TV LED Panel

Hello guys, I'm a TV technician, I open a TV Repair service call , I often have difficulty to Determine the location of the damage on the LED TV Panel.

Because most cases of the damage to the LED tv is there is no sound, but the backlight is on.
