Creative Inspire 6700 Transistor and Diode broken

Hello, I've seen other posts on this forum about the transistor (H945P) blowing out on the Creative Inspire 6700. I've been given a set to look at and the transistor (H945P in position Q5) is blown.
If I've understood everything said this can be replaced with a standard transistor 2SC945. (Where can I get this from? Maplin? RS?)
However a glass diode is also broken next to it (Snapped in half). The only clues are it seems to say C11 5T on it. It is in position D3 on the board next to the transistor that has blown.
Can someone point me in the right direction of what I can replace this diode with?
