Hitachi TV turns on 2sec with a strange noise than shutsdown

Hi, I have a Hitachi television that stopped working:

Here is the problem: I plug it, power on: Here a strange noise (can see glow tube sparkle) for 1 second that it shuts down. After I cannot restart it, nothing happens when I push the power button. I have to unplug , let rest and replug the tv.

Any idea where the problems resides?

ur tv is protecting try to diconect the proction ckt. then u can see wat causing the shut down
