check line output transistor for short circuit, if it is relace low voltage caps in line drive circuit particularly on the -10v rail, will also probably have damaged e-w correction transistor , loading coil and other parts in circuit, check to see if ovp diode across c720 on print side is short circuit if it is replace the optocouplers in the psu.
