| In the 986M I found transistor Q630 (IRF644A) is broken and D632 (31DF4) is broken too.....The 31DF4 is ultrafast recovery diode 400V 3A 25ns....But It is not possible to get it....I try the components with similar parameters..But I have problem with monitor stability...Do anyone know substitute for IRF644A and 31DF4???? Is there possible another problem???? |
