this sonys picture started flashing on and off whenever it has a cable or antenna input. If it is just a channel with no signal the picture stays on. If I put a video signal in it stays on fine.
Any ideas? |

| Resolder the vertical ic before you toutch the tuner. If it is the tuner take it apart and toutch up all the ground points. |
