PROBLEM WITH NATIONAL VCR

well, I have a National VCR. It had been running smoothly until one day, after i cleaned it, it started playing slowly. I kept it unused for about a year. Then on analysing the problem , saw that something was stuck and so it was not playing smoothly. Now it plays smoothly, but a sort of buzz comes alongwith the audio.

I guess it must have been the long time no use problem. Even the display coulours are all confused, coming mostly black and white. ANd especially the buzzing which does not let you hear anything. I guess it just needs some servicing.

Please, somebody help me out with this.
