The VCR is totally dead! What could be wrong with the Nokia/Itt 3784? Measuring the PSU shows that all pins has resonable voltages but still VCR is totally dead. Before when connecting the power cord to outlet, the VCR head used to spin for a about a fraction of a second. Now nothing happens!
It should also be mentioned that the VCR was not able to receive any channels before it gone totally dead. But it was possible to watch a video tape without any problem.
Any ideas? |

I measured the power supply again and now for AC voltage. One of the pins was measured to 100 Volts AC and 45 volts DC, is it supposed to be like that? |
