FUJITSU PDS4211E/H Plasma Screen Power Problem

Hi guys,

I have a Fujitsu PDS4211E/H plasma screen which is not well.

When you power on the LED changes from red to green, you hear the relays click and the fans start spinning.

However after about 2 seconds the fans stop the green LED changes to a red flashing one and shortly after you hear the relays click again.

Can anyone please help, I don't want to have to take my Fujitsu to the rubbish tip. If anyone has a service manual or repair tips I would be very grateful.
