TX36PL30 Euro 7. Line Transistor Runs Hot & Fails Aft 30

I have one of the above sets for repair and at the moment I can't get it out of the customers house due to the size.

An original panasonic line output transistor has been fitted, as well as the flyback tuning caps on the collector. If left on the transistor will fail after about 30 mins due to overheating. I've not seen too many of these so
any help would be appreciated, I'd rather do this one in situ as 36 inch tvs and lots of stairs don't mix.
