monitor no dispaly

monitor crt 17 inch samtron 56e, no display, power led blink steady.checked if vga card faulty,found ok - swapped with another monitor.need help whats wrong with samtron

First test the Horizontal output Transistor for shorts.

The horizontal Output Transistor is on the main board, mounted near the Line Transformer. It is mounted to a large heatsink. Test it for shorts. It could have an internal diode and internal resistors so be aware of this while testing. It's datasheet should be available online.

you should check High tension. i think capacitor in High tension was fail. [img][/img]
